Shipping
Nezumiz offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders.
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, international orders are sent via Airmail from the UK.
All our jewellery is handmade upon order. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery for UK orders, and up to 15 days for international orders.
Your piece of jewellery will arrive in a nice high quality box, which is perfect for a gift.
Refunds and Exchange
If you're thinking of returning an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at nezumiz_ymail.com.
Items can be refunded or replaced. Custom/personalised items which we would not be able to sell later can only be modified/resized.
